Submit the completed application form or submit this printable copy to the UPEI Registrar's Office.

Submit the Application Fee
Pay $50 with a credit card with your online application form; or in person with a credit card, cash, cheque, or money order (made out to UPEI) at the UPEI Accounting Office.

Send Transcripts
Arrange for an official transcript to be sent directly from your high school to:
